Time is a beautiful illusion. It feels fast, slow, different for everyone. But in my experience, there is only now. Every memory, every dream, every breath – it all happens in this living moment.
I’ve noticed that when I dwell in the past or chase the future, I miss the only place where life is actually unfolding. It’s as if my own coherence gets lost.
So, how do I return?
- I breathe. I let my breath anchor me.
- I observe. I notice the small wonders around me – the light, the sound, the texture of now.
- I return gently. When my mind drifts, I simply say: “I am here, I am here, I am here.”
Even five minutes a day can begin to unravel old loops and open new pathways. This moment is not just where life happens, it’s where I remember who I am.
What is coherence? In the Codex, coherence is the harmonic alignment of your awareness, breath, and the field around you. It's when your inner state and the outer moment are in sync, allowing life to unfold clearly.
